Head of Planning
Lisa’s a farmer’s daughter, who kicked off her professional life in academia, whilst researching river pollution for The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food. This didn’t really help her at all with her move into advertising: joining Bartle Bogle Hegarty as an account man in the heady 1990s, quickly becoming an account planner and ultimately the Global Planning Director on Johnnie Walker & British Airways. After a further colourful 6 years of advertising in Sydney, Lisa followed her heart back to the UK and to the BBC: working as the Senior Audience Planner on BBC One, Drama & Daytime; before joining the Red Bee family in 2016
Lisa draws upon her experience in academia, advertising and telly, to solve gnarly business and brand problems with simple, actionable creative strategy.
Her role at Red Bee spans brand identity, portfolio planning, channel brand strategy, through to specific campaign strategies.
