The 20 companies to make the grade were confirmed by Broadcast after a rigorous assessment process conducted by Best Companies Group. The methodology involved a detailed employers questionnaire about the organisation and its culture, along with a comprehensive employee engagement survey.
Amongst the factors highlighted by Broadcast were our creative freedom, talent diversity and eco credentials. Not forgetting our human pyramids, of course.
