Aileen Madden

Aileen’s our Deputy MD and the powerhouse responsible for the growth of Red Bee’s business and reputation as an international creative agency. 

Aileen brings energy and passion to everything she does – from management of day-to-day agency life to running several of Red Bee’s key accounts. She has led brand strategy, design identity and campaign development projects for clients all over the world, including NBCUniversal, Telemundo, FatFace, DreamWorks, Disney, UEFA, A+E Networks and Apple TV+.

Aileen is a graduate of Marketing Week’s Mini MBA in Marketing and Mini MBA Brand Management and a member of the Promax Europe Advisory Committee.
